    Description

    Red Cross Bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Management Volunteer

    Department - International Services

    Virtual – Volunteer From Home

    In this role you will support capacity‑building efforts for National Society partners in the American Red Cross Latin America & Caribbean Division by coordinating collaboration, communication, and project activities. Fully virtual role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with LAC Division and subject‑matter experts.
    • Support project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Schedule meetings and document action items.
    • Facilitate communication between teams.
    • Track progress and share updates.
    • Identify risks and suggest solutions.
    • Maintain project documentation.
    • Provide administrative support across countries.
    • Work independently with sound judgment.

    Qualifications

    • Project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
    • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
    • Able to track progress and identify risks.
    • Comfortable working independently and with diverse teams.
