At Responder Relief Fund Corp, we’re searching for a Volunteer Director of Administration, someone who gets genuine satisfaction from creating order out of chaos (and maybe color-coding spreadsheets for fun). If you’re the friend everyone asks to plan events or organize projects, we need you!
- Why This Role Matters:
As the behind-the-scenes hero of our nonprofit, you’ll ensure our life-saving programs for first responders run smoothly. Every system you improve, every process you streamline, means we can deliver aid faster to heroes in crisis.
- What You’ll Do:
- Be the air traffic controller for our operations – coordinating schedules, meetings, and team communications
- Develop and maintain those “oh-so-important” systems that keep a nonprofit running (think document management, volunteer onboarding, and more)
- Work closely with our Board and program teams to turn ideas into action plans
- Lead our awesome team of admin volunteers (because every superstar organizer needs a crew!)
