    Description of the Role

    The Marketing Team Lead will oversee LandSeed’s full marketing function, including the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This role involves managing a cross-functional team, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, tracking KPIs, and aligning all marketing activities with strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for optimizing campaigns, refining brand messaging, and driving consistent performance across all digital and content channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals
    • Oversee all marketing functions, including digital, content, SEO, social media, and branding
    • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and external collaborators
    • Manage the marketing calendar, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and initiatives
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure marketing strategies support overall program and organizational goals

    Required Experience/Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and optimize performance based on insights

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Google Analytics certification
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
    • Leadership experience in an agency or a fast-paced in-house marketing team
    • Background in B2B or mission-driven marketing
