    Corporate Partnerships Volunteer

    Job Summary

    As a Corporate Partnerships Volunteer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with businesses and corporate sponsors that support our mission. You will help identify partnership opportunities, assist in crafting proposals, and contribute to developing creative strategies that align corporate social responsibility goals with our organization’s initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in fundraising, communications, and relationship management — ideal for someone passionate about making an impact while gaining valuable professional skills in corporate engagement and nonprofit development.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Research and identify potential corporate partners, sponsors, and donors.
      • Support the creation of sponsorship proposals, partnership packages, and outreach materials.
      • Assist in managing communication with existing and prospective corporate partners.
      • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and partnership activities in our database.
      • Help track deliverables for corporate sponsors (e.g., recognition, reports, or event participation).
      • Provide administrative and creative support for corporate fundraising initiatives.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
      • Professionalism and confidence in engaging with business representatives.
      • Good organizational and time management skills.
      • Attention to detail and reliability in follow-up and documentation.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
      • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
      • Enthusiasm for networking, partnerships, and community impact.

    (Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or business relations is helpful but not required.)
