Location: Remote, Time Commitment: 2–4 hours/week

We Are Artistic is a youth-led creative community that uplifts and connects artists of all kinds—visual artists, writers, musicians, performers, and more. We believe in the power of art to inspire, heal, and create change. Our Facebook group is a safe, inclusive space where young creatives can share their work, find support, and collaborate.

    Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Facebook Group Moderator to help us grow and energize our online community. As a moderator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the group active, welcoming, and aligned with our mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor posts and comments to ensure they align with group guidelines.
    • Spark conversations by posting prompts, questions, or creative challenges.
    • Welcome new members and encourage engagement.
    • Remove spam or inappropriate content and report issues to the leadership team.
    • Collaborate with other moderators to plan group activities and events.
    • Share updates about We Are Artistic programs, events, and opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A love for the arts and a passion for community building.
    • Friendly, respectful, and inclusive communication style.
    • Reliable internet access and the ability to check in regularly.
    • Experience with Facebook groups is a plus, but not required.

    Why Join Us?

    • Be part of a creative, supportive, and empowering youth-led movement.
    • Gain leadership and community management experience.
    • Build connections with artists from diverse backgrounds.
    • Make a real impact in helping young creatives thrive.
