    Description

    A Place-2-Live, Inc. provides education, resources and residental placement services to community members facing housing barriers, guiding them towards long-term stability. We are seeking passionate leaders to join our Board of Directors to help guide these efforts.

    The Board is the governing body and a vital partner to staff, particularly the Executive Director. In addition, the Board is responsible for ensuring that programs and operations are thriving, effective, fiscally sound, and responsive to the mission.

    We seek individuals with diverse perspectives for our Board. Ideal candidates will have expertise in:

    Nonprofit management

    Housing and real estate development

    Legal and financial oversight

    Fundraising and resource development

    Public policy and advocacy

    Board Member Responsibilities

    As an AP2L Board Member, you will:

    Advance AP2L's mission

    Support strategic planning and growth

    Approve budgets and programs

    Ensure governance compliance

    Promote fundraising and identify resources

    Advocate for affordable housing
