Description
Did you know that some of our neighbors who struggle with food insecurity don't have access to transportation to the WayForward Resources food pantry?
Your team can join us on a Friday afternoon for a natural team-building activity to pack groceries for home delivery.
Led by staff/volunteers, your group will pack an assortment of refrigerated, frozen, and shelf stable items into grocery bags and stage the orders for next day pick up by volunteer drivers who will make home deliveries.
The ideal volunteer group has between 1 and 10 participants who have an eye for detail, are able to stand throughout the shift, lift 5-20 pounds, and have a great time while serving others.
