    Description

    Spiritual/Emotional support volunteers to sit with patients during end-of-life transition

    Gentiva Hospice is seeking spirtual/ emotional support volunteers: Doula, minister, CPE students, church organizations of any religion who are looking to gain experience in the health field, need volunteer hours or acquire a skill needed for your scope of practice or just want to be a helping hand to our family/ patient during difficul times- I can help you get started.

    • spirtual/ emotional support volunteers will be providing companionship, presence and socialization to family/ patient.
    • caregiver break- should family member like to step out for an hr or more ( 3 hrs)
    • Breavement calls included in assignment.
