    Description

    Office Staff Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage donor communications and gratitude outreach
    • Assist with grant writing, fundraising campaigns, and board materials
    • Maintain branded visuals and social media presence
    • Troubleshoot tech platforms and nonprofit verification

    Qualifications:

    • Strong writing, design, or organizational skills
    • Experience with nonprofit operations or marketing
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or CRM tools

    🧑‍⚖️ Board Member / Strategic Advisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide governance, oversight, and strategic direction
    • Support fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement
    • Approve budgets, resolutions, and investment policies
    • Champion the mission in the public and private sectors

    Qualifications:

    • Leadership experience in nonprofit, education, or faith-based sectors
    • Commitment to youth empowerment and trauma-informed care
    • Willingness to contribute time, expertise, and resources
    • Understanding of fiduciary duties and nonprofit compliance
