    Description

    The Kindful CRM Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Kindful donor management system. This role will ensure data accuracy, provide technical support to internal users, and develop reports and dashboards to support fundraising and engagement goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has a deep understanding of CRM best practices in a nonprofit context.
    Key responsibilities:
    • System management and maintenance:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Kindful-related support and training.
      • Manage user accounts, including setting up new users and defining permission levels.
      • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
      • Stay informed on Kindful product updates and new features, and assess their potential for the organization.
    • Data integrity and management:
      • Maintain the overall health of the donor database by identifying and resolving data anomalies.
      • Run regular data quality checks and perform bulk updates or deduplication tasks.
      • Oversee data imports and migrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Reporting and analysis:
      • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to track key fundraising metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
      • Analyze data to support donor segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and overall giving trends.
      • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by the philanthropy, marketing, or leadership teams.
    • User support and training:
      • Provide ongoing support and training to staff on how to use Kindful effectively and consistently.
      • Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guides and best practice guidelines.
      • Promote user adoption and champion the effective use of the CRM across the organization.
    • Process improvement and integrations:
      • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
      • Support and manage integrations with third-party applications, such as payment processors, email marketing tools, or accounting software.
      • Identify and implement automation to improve process efficiencies within the CRM.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, specifically with the Kindful platform.
    • Experience with other Bloomerang products is a plus.
    • Experience in a nonprofit environment is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train technical and non-technical staff.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong understanding of data management principles and database concepts.
