    Description

    Board Committee Members

    Nominations Committee, Advisory Committee, Finance Committee, Compliance Committee, and Fund Development Committee.

    Humanity Pathways Global (HPG) is seeking dedicated professionals to serve as Board Committee Members. Members will provide expertise and guidance in one of the following committees:

    * Nominations Committee

    * Advisory Committee

    * Finance Committee

    * Fund Development Committee

    By joining one of these committees, you will contribute to HPG’s mission of creating self-sustaining communities through education, economic empowerment, and social justice.

    General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Committees):

    * Actively participate in committee meetings (typically quarterly).

    * Provide insights and guidance to support the committee’s goals.

    * Collaborate with other members to develop strategies and solutions.

    * Stay informed about HPG’s mission, programs, and needs.

    Specific Committee Responsibilities:

    * Nominations Committee: Identify and recruit candidates for Board and leadership positions, promoting diversity and inclusion.

    * Advisory Committee: Provide strategic advice and specialized expertise on programs and initiatives.

    * Finance Committee: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.

    * Fund Development Committee: Develop and support strategies for fundraising and donor engagement.

    Qualifications

    * A strong commitment to HPG’s mission and values.

    * Relevant expertise in one of the committee focus areas (e.g., finance, fundraising, governance, or strategy).

    * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    * Nonprofit or committee experience is preferred but not required.

    Time Commitment

    * Approximately 4-6 hours per month, including meetings and preparation time.
