About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring manager
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers

1. Onboarding & Documentation

• Support in preparing offer letters and internship letters
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance-related documentation is collected and organized

1. HR Operations

• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Assist in maintaining employee databases

1. Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of engagement activities
• Assist in organizing training sessions and internal events
• Help in collecting employee feedback and preparing reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
