    Description

    CHM Bible Theatre is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and support for our programs, productions, and community initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the leadership team to promote the organization’s mission through digital, print, and community outreach campaigns. This individual will play a key role in strengthening CHM Bible Theatre’s brand, expanding audience reach, and supporting fundraising efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote CHM Bible Theatre’s productions, educational programs, fundraising events, and community initiatives.
    • Manage content creation for social media, email newsletters, website updates, and printed promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the Video Manager and other creative staff to produce engaging multimedia content.
    • Maintain and grow CHM Bible Theatre’s presence on social media platforms by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and implementing strategies to increase followers and participation.
    • Work with the CEO and leadership team to design promotional strategies targeting schools, churches, families, and community organizations.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and vendors to ensure timely production of marketing materials.
    • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform strategies for outreach and program growth.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports with recommendations for improvements.
    • Assist with event promotion and onsite marketing support at productions, workshops, and community events.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a nonprofit, arts, or educational setting.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and email campaign software.
    • Basic graphic design and content creation skills; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools a plus.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
    • Collaborative spirit, creativity, and passion for the arts and community engagement.
