Turkey Trot - Various Positions

As the fall season is here, so is the 35th Annual ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot benefiting Caritas of Austin!

The Trot is a 5-mile race that takes place at the Long Center for Performing Arts on Thanksgiving morning, aiming to raise funds for people experiencing homelessness while creating an incredible city-wide community experience.

Over the past 35 years, the Trot has raised more than $5.5 million to end homelessness, hosting over 400 volunteers and 22,000 participants just last year!

Below are the details for this year's race, as well as the link to sign up and volunteer. We have many positions available from Nov 21-27 and are in need of more Day-of Volunteers on Nov 27.

1. Event: 5-mile run, 1-mile walk, Stepping Stone School Kids-K
2. Date: Thursday, November 27, 2025
3. Time: 8:30 am for the main event. See the schedule for all the details.
