Marketing Assistant

Our organization is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Marketing Assistant to provide support to our organization marketing manager/director. In this role, you will work closely with our staff to produce marketing materials, prepare presentation documents, research industry trends, and gather client data and input it into our database. Due to Covid may have to utilize your own separate database. Will be discussed further. You will also assist with event planning, scheduling, promotional activities and other administrative tasks as necessary. Will need to know how to promote social communications, maintain contact with our web designer for input and updates, assist in email marketing, and develop and design promotional for organization and programs, initiatives and events. Also maintain in house promotion spaces, flyers, posters, banners etc.

• **Must be able to volunteer for at least 3 months. We really appreciate those who are caring, have a passion for this type of work and the drive to want to help.
