    We are seeking compassionate volunteers to serve as Care Companions for patients in skilled nursing facilities. In this role, you will provide comfort, companionship, and a listening ear to a hospice patient while nurses and aides attend to other patients.

    This is not a clinical position! Your presence and companionship are the heart of the service. Volunteers may engage in light conversation, read aloud, listen to music together, or simply sit quietly to provide reassurance.
