    About Us

    Counselors in the Community Association (CITCA) is dedicated to improving mental health and wellness in underserved communities. We host events and outreach efforts that connect individuals and families with resources and support.

    About the Opportunity

    We’re building a Community Outreach & Events Committee, and we’d love for you to join! This team will play a key role in shaping, planning, and leading our outreach efforts. Whether you want to grow your leadership skills, support event planning, or connect directly with community members, there’s a place for you here.

    Available Roles

    • Committee Chair (1-2 spots)

    Guide the committee, oversee planning, and support the team in making sure our events align with our mission. Perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together and wants to grow their leadership skills.

    • Associate Coordinator (1-4 spots)

    Support logistics, scheduling, and communication to help events run smoothly. Great fit if you enjoy organization, teamwork, and learning more about event planning.

    • Community Navigator (1-4 spots)

    Be the welcoming face at events engaging with participants, sharing resources, and helping connect people to the support they need. Ideal for someone outgoing, empathetic, and excited to make an immediate impact.
