Friendly Visitor

Jewish Family Services has been Supporting the Central Ohio Community since 1908, Jewish Family Services helps people find good jobs and companies find the right talent; supports older adults and caregivers in navigating the challenges of aging; extends critical services for refugees entering the U.S.; connects people to community resources; empowers family self-sufficiency through financial counseling; and provides opportunities for volunteers to give back.

We are currently looking for volunteers for our companionship program. Volunteers will be asked to visit 2-3 times a month with a senior the volunteer is matched with at the seniors residence. Volunteers need to be friendly and outgoing, comfortable in new environments and have an ability to listen to others.
