Volunteer to mentor a Youth in Foster Care in Dekalb County.

Atlanta Angels is looking for committed mentors to join our Dare to Dream program, which supports youth (ages 11-22) in foster care or at risk of aging out. As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to build a one-on-one relationship with a youth, helping them set goals and achieve their dreams. Mentors meet with their mentees at least twice a month for a one-year commitment, providing the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. We are currently seeking mentors for youth on our waitlist in Dekalb County.

As a volunteer, you’ll receive training and ongoing support to ensure you’re equipped to make the greatest impact in the lives of children and families. We’ll be with you every step of the way, providing guidance and resources to make your experience meaningful and fulfilling.

If you're ready to make a lasting impact on a youth’s life and transform your own, you will begin by attending a Discovery Session to learn more about this program. Sessions are virtual and scheduled every other Tuesday at 6pm or Thursday at 12pm. Can't make it? You can schedule a one-on-one Discovery Call at a time that works for you.
