    Description

    We are seeking a Volunteer Board Secretary to help stabilize and support the governance of InclusiVibe Foundation, a 501(c)(3) focused on .

    This is a director-level volunteer role (board member + officer), requiring about 3–5 hours per month, including quarterly board meetings. The Secretary’s core responsibilities are to:

    • Help prepare and document board meetings (agendas and minutes).
    • Maintain basic board records (roster, terms, signed agreements/COI forms).
    • Support organization and storage of key governance documents in Google Drive.

    This role does not run programs or manage day-to-day operations. It’s ideal for someone who is organized, values clear documentation, and cares deeply about disability, patient advocacy, or the arts.

    This is a director-level volunteer position with fiduciary responsibilities once appointed. We will review your Idealist submission and, if it seems like a good fit, invite you to a short Zoom conversation before any formal board decision.
