As we prepare for pilot implementation and responsible scale, we are building enterprise-level infrastructure to support long-term sustainability and measurable impact.

    Role Overview

The Director of Data Strategy & Analytics (Volunteer) will design and implement the organization’s enterprise-wide performance tracking framework during a defined 12–16 week engagement.

This role focuses on building clean, scalable data systems that support executive decision-making, volunteer lifecycle tracking, alumni engagement metrics, and operational performance visibility across markets.

This is a time-bound leadership engagement with defined deliverables and measurable outcomes. This role operates within the established A&N framework and under executive direction. Final strategic decisions and data governance remain with organizational leadership.
