    Description

    Tax Site Volunteers (No tax preparation required)

    An hour of your time can put over $1000 into the hands of a person experiencing poverty. Join our volunteer community this January-April to help low-income community members receive free tax filing assistance. Volunteer from home or in-person, your choice.

    Have experience filing taxes or willing to learn? Tax Preparers work closely with clients (from home or in-person) to understand their situation, offer tax knowledge, and prepare taxes. Even if you have no desire to file taxes our site has multiple office communication opportunities.

    College Credits available!!

    Trainings: Virtual trainings will be offered from December to January. Contact us for more details.

    Overall Commitment: Expect to commit 5-10 hours to training and 4 hours a week January 27th - April 18th.
