Volunteer Program Management

• Design, implement, and oversee the organization’s volunteer program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and community needs.
• Develop and manage a volunteer database, including scheduling, tracking hours, and reporting on outcomes.

Corporate Partnerships and Community Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to encourage employee volunteerism and corporate engagement.
• Collaborate with businesses to develop corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and volunteer opportunities.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and execute volunteer-related events, including corporate and community service projects, and recognition ceremonies.
• Ensure events are inclusive and provide meaningful experiences for all participants.

Measurement and Reporting

• Track and analyze volunteer program metrics (e.g., volunteer hours, retention rates, impact reports).
• Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance, achievements, and areas for growth.
• Prepare reports for corporate and community partners to showcase their contributions and impact.
