    The Medica Zone: Chapters Management Director

    The Medica Zone is a global, youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students to explore the fields of medicine, research, and public health through education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. We aim to make medical knowledge accessible and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.

    Position Overview

    As the Chapters Management Director, you will lead the growth and oversight of The Medica Zone’s Chapters Division. You’ll manage our network of international chapters, guide student leaders, ensure consistent quality across chapters, and help shape strategies for outreach, expansion, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who enjoys empowering others.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all chapters under The Medica Zone and ensure they align with the organization’s mission.
    • Develop and implement systems for onboarding, tracking, and supporting chapters.
    • Supervise and collaborate with chapter coordinators and student leaders.
    • Maintain regular communication with chapter presidents and provide guidance on growth, engagement, and event planning.
    • Lead chapter initiatives, training sessions, and inter-chapter collaborations.
    • Contribute to strategic planning for the expansion and improvement of the Chapters Division.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in team management, outreach, or nonprofit coordination is a plus.
    • Passion for mentorship, community-building, and health education.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
