Community Donation Volunteer

Community Donation Volunteers help strengthen AutismTN’s impact by connecting with local businesses and service providers to secure donated items, services, or experiences. These donations are featured in our AfterBash auction, with all proceeds directly supporting AutismTN’s programs and services for the autism community.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to local businesses and service providers via email or phone
• Share information about AutismTN, AfterBash, and how donations support our mission
• Request in-kind donations (items, services, or experiences) for auction
• Track outreach efforts and responses using provided tools and templates
• Communicate donation details to AutismTN staff for coordination and follow-up

Time Commitment

• Flexible and self-paced
• Outreach typically takes place in the weeks and months leading up to AfterBash
