    Description

    Change Me Foundation Inc. is seeking a Volunteer Social Media & Digital Content Manager to support our mission of educating, advocating, and empowering individuals and families impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, and social inequities.

    This opportunity is ideal for creatives, students, and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, digital storytelling, and brand development while making a meaningful community impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
    • Promote organizational programs, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
    • Support storytelling by highlighting community impact, testimonials, and organizational milestones
    • Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and digital outreach strategies
    • Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
    • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow reach and audience engagement

    Qualifications

    • Interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or communications
    • Strong written communication and creative storytelling skills
    • Familiarity with Canva, social media scheduling tools, or similar platforms is a plus but not required
    • Passion for nonprofit work, mental health awareness, and community engagement
    • Ability to work independently while learning and collaborating with a supportive team

    Additional Details

    • Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week
    • Location: Remote, with optional hybrid collaboration for South Florida–based volunteers
    • Schedule: Flexible and supportive of school or early-career schedules
