    Description

The Narrative Method is an engaging group experience in which you tapping into your humanity leads to deeper connections with yourself and others. With inspiration from compelling videos and big ideas, we will be writing to prompts, and sharing in small groups. So, put aside your self-judgment and judgment of others and let your creativity flow.

These free events are designed to help the Big Sunday community rest, relax, and recharge.

Please Note: All sessions are free. However, we ask you to consider three ways to support Wellness Monday:

    1. Make a donation of any amount for your session.
    2. Bring an item for our monthly collection. For our October 27th through Nov 17th sessions, we are gathering canned goods for Our Annual Thanksgiving Event. Your generosity helps us continue these events, and we appreciate any contribution you can make!
    3. Become a Wellness Monday event sponsor! Sponsorships start at $500.
