    Description

    LINCOLN area Hospice Volunteers

Peaceful Hearts Hospice seeks compassionate, kind souls who would like to spend time with our patients we serve in the Lincoln area. Volunteers provide ongoing companionship and/or will sit quietly at the bedside when the patient is more bed-bound and closer to their time of death. Volunteers do not provide hands-on medical care, simply offering a ministry of presence that is reassuring to family members who are not able to be present at all times. Volunteers receive training and ongoing individualized support and all schedules can be accomodated.
