Description
The Director of HR provides strategic leadership for all human resource functions within WOCOTM. The role ensures that volunteer and staff structures are sustainable, compliant, mission-aligned, and growth-focused.
This position oversees recruitment, volunteer engagement, performance management, policy development, and organizational culture.
The Director of HR builds the people framework that allows the mission to thrive.
