    Description

This volunteer opportunity is for someone that likes to talk on the phone, with a small script and identify needs based on conversations. We call this a "Tuck in Call." We provide you with a list of people to contact regarding their needs on supplies and medications for the upcoming weekend. This is an on going position that needs to be done on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays. We write down the information, provide it to the Care Manager, and they get the items needed. This position can be a bit structured at first, but we what to present this as an "extra hand" to make sure patient's needs are met.
