    Description

    The Secretary shall:

    • He/She shall record all votes and minutes of all proceedings digitally to be kept for that purpose.
    • He/She in concert with the President shall make the arrangements for all meetings, including the annual meeting of the organization.
    • He/She shall make reservations for the meetings
    • He/She shall perform all official correspondence as may be prescribed by the President.
