    Virtual Volunteering Opportunity: Photographer, Videographer & Live Streamer – CUD Social Impact Gala

    About the Opportunity:

    CommUnity of the Deaf, Inc. is seeking passionate and skilled virtual volunteers to serve as Photographers, Videographers, and Live Streamers for our upcoming CUD Social Impact Gala. This special event is dedicated to raising awareness, celebrating Caribbean culture, and recognizing outstanding contributions to the Deaf and Disability community.

    This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent while supporting a meaningful cause. The event will be broadcast online for the Deaf community in the Caribbean and around the world to witness and celebrate award recipients who have made significant impacts in advocacy, education, and inclusion.

    Volunteer Roles:

    • Photographer: Capture key moments and highlights of the Gala.
    • Videographer: Record and edit video footage of keynote speeches, performances, and award presentations.
    • Live Streamer: Manage and operate live streaming platforms to ensure accessible and high-quality viewing for a global audience.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in photography, videography, or live streaming.
    • Access to appropriate equipment and reliable internet.
    • Commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
    • Ability to collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team.

    • Take exit 115 for Sugarloaf Parkway.
    • Turn right onto Sugarloaf Parkway.
    • Turn left onto Buford Drive (GA-20).
    • Turn right onto Clean Water Drive. The Center will be on your left.

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    If you are interested in volunteering as a Photographer, Videographer, or Live Streamer for the CUD Social Impact Gala, please follow these steps:

    1. Submit Your Application:
      • Include your resume or portfolio showcasing your photography, videography, or live streaming experience.
      • Include a short bio that we can feature in the program booklet.
    2. Provide Availability:
      • Confirm if you can volunteer in person at the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center.
    3. Confirmation:
      • After reviewing applications, our team will contact selected volunteers with a confirmation email, detailed instructions, and access to any virtual platforms needed for live streaming.
    4. Deadline:
      • Applications must be submitted by December 1, 2025.
    5. Briefing Session:
      • Volunteers will participate in a pre-event briefing to review responsibilities, the event schedule, and accessibility guidelines.
