Community Outreach and Communications Coordinator

About the Role

Crowned International is seeking a dedicated and outgoing Community Outreach and Communications Coordinator to support the Executive Director in expanding the reach of the organization building meaningful relationships with key community leaders and promoting our programs throughout the region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking community engagement and representing a nonprofit with excellence.

🌍 What You Will Do

• Assist the Executive Director with community engagement initiatives
• Build rapport with power players community leaders partners and influencers
• Represent Crowned International at local events meetings and networking opportunities
• Distribute promotional materials and share information about our mission
• Support planning and execution of outreach campaigns
• Track outreach efforts and report weekly progress

🛠 Responsibilities

• Attend all Crowned International events meetings and outreach activities
• Work independently and complete tasks consistently based on guidance given
• Communicate professionally with partners sponsors and community contacts
• Help increase visibility and awareness of the organization
• Maintain organized records of outreach contacts and follow ups

🌟 Ideal Candidate

• Lives in the Tri State area
• Has completed some college coursework
• Has previous experience in community outreach or communications
• Outgoing confident and relationship focused
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Has reliable transportation and availability to attend in person events
