    Description

    Adminstrative Coordinator

    We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This volunteer role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and events. The Administrative Coordinator will provide crucial clerical and administrative support to our team, particularly assisting the Program Manager in the planning and execution of our initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clerical Support:

    • Manage and organize digital files, records, and documents.
    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases.

    Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
    • Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and events.

    Program Support:

    • Collaborate with the Program Manager to plan and implement community events and performances.
    • Assist in coordinating volunteer schedules and tasks.
    • If in Miami, provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and basic data entry.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A passion for music and a commitment to improving the lives of senior citizens.
