    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Office Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and a background in office administration, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires effective communication abilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Duties

    • Assist in the planning and execution of programs and projects.
    • Manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms.
    • Conduct data input and analysis to support program development and reporting.
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
    • Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate program operation
