    Description

    The volunteer will lead the full process of mapping and partnership research across Germany and France.

    The goal is to build a complete, structured database of all potential stakeholders who could support our project through research, clinical collaboration, funding, acceleration, medical expertise, or advocacy.

    This role is critical: the database will guide real outreach, strategic decisions, and partnership priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Understand the Project & Needs
    • Review the project brief (provided after onboarding).
    • Understand core mission: cancer prevention, digital oncology, AI, sensors, patient support.
    • Identify relevant support types: research, clinical, advisory, industry, grants, funding, advocacy.
    1. Build the Stakeholder Categories

    Research and list potential collaborators in Germany and France across the following groups:

    Research & Clinical Partners

    • University hospitals
    • Oncology centers
    • Comprehensive Cancer Centers
    • Centres de Lutte Contre le Cancer
    • Sensor labs, AI labs, digital health labs
    • Fraunhofer, Helmholtz, INRIA, etc.

    Medical Experts & Advisors

    • Oncologists
    • Cancer researchers
    • Professors leading relevant labs
    • Medical advisors from research centers

    Pharma & MedTech Companies

    • Germany + France pharma companies
    • Diagnostics companies
    • Digital health divisions
    • Wearable / sensor companies

    HealthTech Companies & Startups

    • AI for health
    • Remote monitoring
    • Wearable devices
    • Cancer-focused or chronic-care startups

    1. Perform Detailed Online Research

    For every stakeholder:

    • Verify website
    • Identify contact email or contact form
    • Locate LinkedIn profile (optional but helpful)
    • Confirm location (city, country)
    • Read one paragraph to understand their relevance
    • Ensure information is current and accurate

    Use only publicly available sources.

    1. Fill All Required Fields in the Database

    For each entry, collect and record the following:

    • Category
    • Sub-Category
    • Type of Collaboration
    • Name / Network
    • Type (e.g., VC Fund, Research Institute, Accelerator)
    • Relevance Level (★★★★★ to ★★)
    • How They Can Help CancerGuard™
    • Why They Are Relevant
    • Typical Funding Size (for investors)
    • Notable Activities / Investments (when available)
    • Location / Base
    • Website
    • Email / Contact Info
    • LinkedIn (optional)
    • Notes
    1. Prioritize the Most Valuable Stakeholders
    • Mark high-priority partners in green
    • Medium relevance in yellow
    • Low relevance in gray
    1. Deliverables

    The volunteer must complete:

    A. Master Partnership Database (Excel/Sheets)

    Covering Germany + France, all categories, fully filled.

    B. Summary Page

    One page containing:

    • Top 20 most relevant partners
    • Recommended outreach sequence
    • Key observations (gaps, strengths, opportunities)

    C. Clean Contact List

    For outreach (emails only).

    Required Skills

    • Good online research skills
    • Basic Google Sheets or Excel
    • Ability to organize information clearly
    • Detail-oriented and methodical
    • English (B1+ recommended)
    • No scientific or medical background required

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Familiarity with startups, health, or innovation
    • Experience researching organizations
    • French or German language ability (optional)

    What This Role Does NOT Require

    • Writing outreach emails
    • Contacting partners
    • Technical evaluations
    • Legal research
    • Scientific analysis

    This is a research and database-building role only.

    Impact

    Your work directly supports a cancer-prevention project that aims to save lives through early detection, accessible technology, and cross-border collaboration.

    You will help build the foundation for high-level partnerships with hospitals, researchers, investors, and health organizations in Germany and France.
