The volunteer will lead the full process of mapping and partnership research across Germany and France.
The goal is to build a complete, structured database of all potential stakeholders who could support our project through research, clinical collaboration, funding, acceleration, medical expertise, or advocacy.
This role is critical: the database will guide real outreach, strategic decisions, and partnership priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Project & Needs
- Review the project brief (provided after onboarding).
- Understand core mission: cancer prevention, digital oncology, AI, sensors, patient support.
- Identify relevant support types: research, clinical, advisory, industry, grants, funding, advocacy.
- Build the Stakeholder Categories
Research and list potential collaborators in Germany and France across the following groups:
Research & Clinical Partners
- University hospitals

The volunteer must complete:
A. Master Partnership Database (Excel/Sheets)
Covering Germany + France, all categories, fully filled.
B. Summary Page
One page containing:
- Top 20 most relevant partners
- Recommended outreach sequence
- Key observations (gaps, strengths, opportunities)
C. Clean Contact List
For outreach (emails only).
Required Skills
- Good online research skills
- Basic Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to organize information clearly
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- English (B1+ recommended)
- No scientific or medical background required
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with startups, health, or innovation
