You will be the first handshake of KeelWorks Foundation - bringing in purpose-driven individuals from across the globe who want to contribute to meaningful change. What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from writing powerful job posts to managing candidate pipelines.
Partner with hiring leads to understand team needs and tailor outreach efforts.
Conduct initial screening conversations and share candidate recommendations.
Innovate new ways to reach untapped, value-aligned talent globally.
Build systems for tracking, referrals, and continuous improvement.
