    Description

    Job Summary:

    The volunteer will support the organization in mobilizing resources, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening donor and stakeholder engagement to advance program goals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about development, fundraising, and networking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying and researching potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
    • Support proposal development, grant applications, and fundraising initiatives.
    • Help maintain and update partnership and donor databases.
    • Contribute to the development of partnership strategies and engagement plans.
    • Participate in outreach, networking events, and follow-up communications with stakeholders.
    • Provide general support to the Resource Mobilization team as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Interest or experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
    • Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.

    Flexible working hours per week.

    Location: Remotely, locally, or internationally. With the volunteers' interest, visit the office in Uganda.
