    About the Institute of Christian Tradition

    The Institute of Christian Tradition (ICT) is dedicated to advancing Christian learning, faith formation, and service through education, research, and community engagement.

    Position Summary

    The Marketing & Media Officer will lead ICT’s communications, branding, and digital presence. This role is responsible for promoting the Institute’s programs, events, publications, and mission through effective storytelling, social media, and outreach strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement ICT’s marketing and communications strategy
    • Manage ICT’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
    • Create engaging content: flyers, posters, newsletters, videos, and announcements
    • Maintain and update the Institute’s website and online profiles
    • Support event promotion and media coverage (webinars, conferences, community programs)
    • Coordinate branding and ensure consistent visual identity
    • Write press releases, blog posts, and promotional materials
    • Build relationships with partners, churches, and media outlets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
    • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
    • Basic photo/video editing skills preferred
    • Passion for Christian mission, education, and community service
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
