Santa’s Little Helpers Needed! Wrapped in Purpose Toy Giveaway

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Wrapped in Purpose Toy Giveaway. Please review the steps below to ensure a smooth volunteer experience.

1. Complete the Volunteer Sign-Up Form

Provide your contact information, availability, and preferred volunteer role(s). This helps us assign you to the right team for the event.

Select Your Volunteer Day(s)

Volunteers are needed on:

• December 19 for gift wrapping, sorting, and event preparation
• December 20 for the Toy Giveaway event

You may choose one or both days.

Wait for Confirmation

After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation email.

A final assignment message will be sent closer to the event with:

• Your volunteer role
• Your shift time
• Arrival instructions
• Parking and location details

Arrival Expectations

Please arrive on time for your assigned shift.

Check in with the event coordinator upon arrival for instructions and materials.

Attire

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Holiday-themed attire is welcome but not required (red shirts, Santa hats, etc.).

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include:

• Gift wrapping and bag assembly

• Check-in and registration support

• Toy distribution

• Hot cocoa or hospitality station support

• Photo area assistance

• Set-up or clean-up

Detailed instructions for your assigned role will be provided on the event day.
