    Description

Gentiva Hospice was recently inducted into the West Texas Purple Heart Trail by the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Lone Star Chapter 393.

NO VETERAN LEFT BEHIND. Veterans, we need your help keeping this promise. We are currently recruiting and training veterans how to be hospice volunteers with great impact. Veterans on hospice need the unique support and understanding of other veterans at the end-of-life. We believe we can help heal old wounds with meaningful support. Veteran volunteers can also participate in special service recognition ceremonies at bedside.

It's a calling to serve in hospice.
