    Description

    Food Pantry Volunteer - Fall

    DESCRIPTION

    • Packaging & Sorting at our facility: Volunteers will help unload the food truck, sort the food, and pack bags of food.
    • Curbside Pick-up at our facility: Volunteers will help people who come to pick up their food bag.
    • Food Delivery: Using your own vehicle, volunteers will be assigned a delivery route that fits your availability and car size.

    Here are the days/times we typically need volunteer help:

    Tuesdays & Thursdays

    10am to 2pm (UP TO 5 PEOPLE)

    • Packing Food Bags, Flattening boxes, Organizing food on pantry shelves

    Wednesdays

    10:00am to 1:30 pm (UP TO 10 PEOPLE)

    • Making food boxes, unloading the truck, preparing the pantry

    1:00 pm to 4pm (or part of this time) (UP TO 10 PEOPLE)

    • Pantry assistance
      • Handing out food bags to the people
      • Helping new people to sign in
      • Restocking and organizing the pantry
      • End of day clean-up

    2 shifts available:

    • Packing Food Bags, Flattening boxes, Organizing food on pantry shelves: Tuesday September 02, 2025 - 10:00 to 14:00 MST
    • Packing Food Bags, Flattening boxes, Organizing food on pantry shelves: Tuesday September 02, 2025 - 13:00 to 16:00 MST
