    Description

    We are seeking a Communications Volunteer to help promote Grooves For Growth, our youth DJ and music education program. This role supports outreach to families, partners, and funders while sharing the impact of our work with young people.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop content highlighting student achievements and program activities
    • Support social media campaigns and community outreach
    • Draft program updates, flyers, and announcements
    • Assist with email and text-based communications
    • Help document events and workshops
    • Support storytelling for grant and donor engagement

    Qualifications

    • Interest in youth development, arts education, or media
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing
    • Reliable and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable working with diverse communities
