    • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and volunteer support
    • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen MAP’s culture and retention practices
    • Supervise and mentor HR coordinators, assistants, and other HR volunteers
    • Support DEI initiatives and ensure HR practices reflect MAP’s mission of equity

    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
    • Experience managing teams or mentoring staff/volunteers
    • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and MAP’s mission

    • Minimum 6-month commitment preferred
    • Fully remote with virtual meetings

    What You’ll Gain

    • Leadership experience directing HR for a growing nonprofit
    • Opportunities to shape organizational culture and volunteer systems
    • Collaboration with a passionate and mission-driven leadership team
    • Professional references and letters of recommendation
    • The chance to leave a lasting impact on both MAP’s volunteers and the communities we serve
