Fundraising Coordinator

About the Role

WOW! That’s STEM is looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to help us grow our impact by supporting creative fundraising initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing events, building relationships, and finding fun ways to connect supporters to our mission of expanding STEM opportunities for youth.

What You’ll Do

• 💰 Plan & Support Fundraisers: Help coordinate restaurant nights, online campaigns, and community events. Be in charge of developing the content for the fundraising iniaitives
• 🤝 Outreach & Engage Partners: Outreach efforts to identify local businesses, community organizations, corporate organizations and donors to support our programs.
• 📣 Promote Fundraising Efforts: Share fundraising events and successes on social media (with support from the social media volunteer).
• 💰Grant writing: Research and apply for grants that we are eligible for
• 📊 Track Fundraising Impact: Maintain records of funds raised, participation, and how funds directly support STEM kits, workshops, and chapter growth.
