    Description

    ServiceSource is asking for your help! CARE Mobile, our mobile program that works with older adults and adults with disabilities, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to help facilitate a tech support session for adults living in a community setting. This role requires your help in answering technology-related questions from the participants; solving software and hardware malfunctions; resolving issues regarding online profiles and accounts; and optimizing tehcnological experience for scam prevention. Basic technological literacy required.
