    Description

    Disasters can be large or small but to the families they are traumatic events. You can help families on their road to recovery by serving as a caseworker for the American Red Cross Recovery Team.

    You will interview the family (or individual) to assess their needs and help develop a plan for recovery providing referrals to services to address those needs.

    This assignment may be conducted virtually following training provided by American Red Cross.

    Must demonstrate the ability to work with diverse populations and have good customer service and problem solving skills.

    You must provide your own technology (cell phone, internet, and laptop)
