    Description

    Santa Clara County Stand Down Veteran Event - November 6 - 8

    We are looking for volunteers November 6 - 8th to assist at the Santa Clara Stand Down in San Jose at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds. This is an event for veterans to receive support and benefits. Volunteers will do various tasks such as registration table, helping at the farmers market, distributing meals, wayfinding and whatever else is needed. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. This volunteer opportunity is open to those at least 14 years of age. Need community service hours? No problem, we can verify your hours or provide a letter documenting your time volunteering.
