The Black Innovation Leaders of Florida (BILF) is seeking enthusiastic and organized volunteers to help ensure the "Prosperity Through Technology" two-day event is a massive success.
Your energy and professionalism will create a welcoming and organized environment for job seekers, seniors, business owners, and community leaders who are coming to transform their future. No prior tech experience is required—just a passion for helping people!

✨ High-Impact Volunteer Roles
We need friendly and reliable people to fill three key teams:
- Welcome & Registration Team:
- Greet attendees with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Check-in pre-registered guests and handle on-site registration.
- Distribute name badges and event materials.
- This role is perfect for detail-oriented people who love making a great first impression.
- Logistics & Directional Guides:
- Act as friendly guides, providing directions to various session rooms, restrooms, and main areas.
- Assist speakers and attendees who may need special assistance or clear directions.
- Help direct attendees during transitions and breaks.
- This role is ideal for those who are highly approachable and know how to keep things moving smoothly.
- Hospitality & Lunch Distribution Team:
- Assist with the organized distribution of lunch and refreshment breaks.
- Help set up and manage snack/drink stations.
- Ensure the dining area remains neat and welcoming.
- This role is best for organized people who enjoy ensuring everyone is well taken care of.
