    Description

    Volunteer Director of Operations (Hybrid

    Change Me Foundation Inc. (CMF) is seeking a Volunteer Director of Operations to support and strengthen the internal systems that keep our nonprofit running efficiently. This leadership-level volunteer role works closely with the CEO to improve workflows, maintain policies, support volunteers and interns, and enhance internal coordination as CMF continues to grow its community impact.

    This is a hybrid role (Broward County–based preferred, remote support welcomed) with a time commitment of 4-8 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and improve internal operational systems and workflows
    • Support HR functions for volunteers and interns, including onboarding
    • Maintain organizational policies, procedures, and compliance documents
    • Coordinate internal meetings, reporting, and follow-up
    • Support volunteer management and internal communication systems

    Qualifications

    • Experience in operations, nonprofit management, HR, project management, or administration
    • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
    • Experience working with volunteers or cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Passion for community impact and mental health advocacy
